I have worked in the mental health field since 2007, and find great reward in the therapeutic partnerships developed since then. I use a humanistic, person-first approach to build a warm, trusting relationship. My training includes a variety of modalities such as: Gestalt, IFS, Somatic therapy, Mindfulness, EMDR, and more.
