I help individuals (15+), couples, and families with grief, trauma, and life transitions using IFS and Narrative therapy. Life is beautiful, messy, and rarely linear. Interests shift, relationships evolve, careers pivot, and sometimes grief or estrangement arrives without warning. These transitions can leave us feeling untethered, even when we know ourselves well. They can also crack us open, inviting us to shed past versions of ourselves and discover who we’re becoming. There are seasons when an outside perspective and stronger coping tools make all the difference. I'd be honored to be that support.
My approach is collaborative and integrative. Expect curiosity, empathy, and a touch of humor. We’ll use creative metaphors and pop-culture references to explore your inner world, untangle inherited relationship patterns, and process intergenerational trauma.
The goal isn't to manage symptoms or slap a band-aid on them - it’s to understand the why behind your patterns and build lasting resilience.
