Our Teen General Process Group offers a safe and welcoming space where you can share what's on your mind, connect with others, and explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment. We'll build skills to cope with life's challenges, gain new perspectives, and grow into stronger, more confident versions of ourselves. Join for a chance to be heard, connect with others, and feel supported on your journey. Therapeutic Group for Ages 15 - 17 years old. We accept most insurances or a cash rate price of $40 per session.

Supporting Caregivers of Children with ADHD Group
Group for adult parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, combining parent training, CBT tools, and emotional support to help caregivers manage ADHD and stress. Helps caregivers learn positive parenting skills, planned ignoring, effective command skills, emotion coaching, stress management, skills for managing depression and executive functioning issues, point systems, and other skills that support their long-term success.
