I am committed to helping my clients increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms, and live a more value-directed life. I want to help you feel emotionally lighter, happier, and more confident. I want to help you reach your goals and become your best self.
I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, accepted, and respected. I tailor sessions to fit my clients' needs and personalities. My favorite evidence-based approaches to use are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.
We can work together to improve your quality of life. I would feel honored to take this journey with you.
