If you’re considering therapy, you've come to the right place! I'm Jenn, owner of Perennial Mental Health, LLC. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) & Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) accepting new clients (18+) in PA & NJ. As a trauma-informed therapist, I use both my personal & professional experiences to shape the work I do with each client. Most of my experience includes helping those living with depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, & Borderline Personality Disorder. I pride myself on my ability to build a productive, friendly rapport with my clients while fostering a safe space to process & grow.
It takes a lot of courage and strength to make the choice to invest in your mental health and prioritize yourself. I value meeting you where you're at in order to allow us to set realistic expectations for our work together. Replacing shame and self-judgement with a greater sense of grace and compassion for yourself is a major part of this process.
My therapeutic approach varies with the needs of each individual client, but I primarily use a combination of TF-ACT, CBT, and DBT modalities. Whether it involves gaining coping skills to deal with big life changes, processing everyday stressors, or reaching post-traumatic growth, I am here for you!
