About
I have many years of experience working with youth and families through the education system as well as the church platform. I am extremely passionate about mental health and I believe in building empathic relationships. I do this by actively working with clients to achieve desired results of whole health goals through approaches such as but not limited to Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believe it is important to use a client-centered focus to truly engage individuals in effective, positive, and responsive therapy to improve interpersonal relationships.
