Life can be complicated, difficult, and sometimes unexpected. Let’s agree that life is “messy.” Therapy can be a powerful tool and experience that can help you through those challenging times. Some of that “messiness” might look like issues in relationships or difficulties at home or work. You may also be feeling lonely, stuck, unmotivated, and overwhelmed.
I believe everyone has the capacity to overcome these challenges. By allowing ourselves some room and grace, we can move to a place of healing and change.Through a collaborative approach, I hope to learn more about you and your goals and values. We will focus on your wants, needs, and desires, while also gaining an understanding of your thoughts and emotions
I lead with compassion and empathy. I will also provide a space that is non-judgmental and genuine, and encourage you to share your thoughts and experiences. By creating this therapeutic relationship, I hope to help you identify your strengths and empower you to reach your goals.
