My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, foster care and adoption, OCD, and working with the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, from children and teens to adults and older adults, as well as couples and families. I believe that every stage of life comes with unique challenges and growth opportunities.
