My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma, and I enjoy supporting individuals with OCD and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I work with all ages—from children and teens to adults and older adults—and believe that each stage of life presents unique challenges and opportunities for change.
