I work with people through the lens of attachment as I help my clients learn about themselves, their relationships and how certain behaviors and patterns impact our relationships. Research has shown that healthy attachment is crucial to our well-being, allowing us to interact and do relationships in ways that encourage and empower us.
By creating a safe and caring environment, I help my clients in their emotional journey to wholeness and healing. I specialize in Couples Counseling, working with partners in 80 minute sessions that allow more time to really process everything happening in the session. Additionally, Couples Intensives are available and can be explored as we begin meeting.
