Currently accepting new telehealth clients. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with nearly a decade of professional experience working in the mental health counseling field. My experience includes working with both individuals and families of all ages. Many individuals find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and unbalanced due to struggles with personal challenges, relationships, and daily life demands. Working together, clients will discover how past/current negative habits and thought patterns impact choices, interactions with others, and possible prevention of desired future goal successes.
I believe being mindful and using effective communication skills allows individuals the ability to create and maintain healthy boundaries and relationships. With support and guidance, clients will develop self-awareness, self-acceptance, and positive coping skills, as they navigate through life with a refreshed outlook finding acceptance, peace, and hope.
Throughout the counseling process, we will work together building a trusting therapeutic relationship as we identify, explore, and overcome personal barriers and challenges. Therapy approaches may differ as each client is unique with their own needs and goals. My goal is to create a safe, accepting, and culturally sensitive environment for each client.
