I am a licensed mental health counselor committed to helping individuals reclaim their lives after being diagnosed with a mental health condition. My work focuses on addressing behaviors and symptoms that are standing in the way of the life you want to live. I am very passionate about helping women who have been diagnosed with a Perinatal mood disorder or are struggling with post-partum anxiety/OCD. About 1 in 10 mothers experience postpartum depression.
