Hi, I’m a LMHC who loves helping children, adolescents, and young adults grow, heal, and thrive. I use play therapy as a central part of my work, because play is a child’s natural language - and it helps them express what words sometimes can't. I'm currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist, and I integrate approaches like Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, and Adlerian Play Therapy to support each child.
With teens and young adults, I incorporate developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, & Exposure and Response Prevention, particularly when treating OCD. My goal is to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping skills, and develop greater confidence and resilience.
Above all, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where children, teens, and young adults feel safe, understood, and empowered.
