First, with a few quick trainings, you will learn how to quickly and dramatically decrease your anxiety anytime and anywhere. Next, we'll work together to discover the root of your anxiety.

In addition to treating anxiety and trauma, I am a parenting expert. I help parents of both neurotypical and neurodivergent children improve their relationships with their children while improving their children's behavior. I can help if you want to yell less, eliminate power struggles, connect more, reverse negative patterns, and improve your relationships.
