I'm Jenica, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree and 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples. My journey as a therapist has been deeply rooted in my commitment to helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships with themselves and each other. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to identify and target ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that may be holding you back.
