I am an empathetic, anti-oppressive, and relational therapist supporting adults 18+ with attachment-trauma, OCD, and perinatal mood disorders. I provide therapy in English and Spanish. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy) for trauma and anxiety and trained in ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) for OCD.
