I provide individual therapy for concerns like complex PTSD, anxiety and panic, religious trauma, scrupulosity and moral injury, identity development, relationship and family strain, political stress, and body image. If you are navigating a faith transition or life after a high-demand group, you may feel thoughtful yet anxious or numb, worn down by shame and people-pleasing. You want language for what happened, relief in your body, and a steadier sense of self. Together we will process trauma, set boundaries, separate fear from values, and rebuild relationships based on consent and choice.

As a trauma informed/ trauma trained therapist I strive to provide a non-judgmental safe space where you feel comfortable to address and heal from harm and trauma. I am passionate about working from a Health at Every Size, body-liberation, and anti-oppressive framework. I draw from IFS, EMDR, attachment/ somatic approaches, and Narrative/ Existential Therapy
