Through my own personal journey and in my work as a psychotherapist I have found that when we are faced with obstacles it is an opportunity for learning. Where there is pain, there is hope. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work from a strength-based and client center approach helping others witness transformation and healing despite their past and present emotional issues.
I am trained in treatment modalities such as: Mindfulness Practice, Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy, and Seeking Safety. My experience consists of working with such conditions as depression, anxiety, trauma, life adjustment, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and personal growth. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
