Hi, I’m Jenesis Vasquez, and I’m passionate about helping people heal their relationships with food, body, and each other. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am currently pursuing my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential to expand my expertise in treating eating disorders and disordered eating. I also provide couples counseling in Florida, helping partners build healthier communication and stronger connection. I provide a welcoming, safe space where healing can begin.

I specialize in eating disorder treatment and couples counseling. I work with children, teens, adults, and families to build healthier coping skills, improve communication, and strengthen connections. I use an integrative personalized approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we build a space where change can happen.

While I focus on eating disorders and couples counseling, I also have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Finding Freedom Eating Disorder Support Group

BreakFree Therapy Services runs an in person Eating Disorders Recovery group for teens and/or adults. The group addresses a variety of themes, including the process of recovery, improving positive body image, ways to learn to cope with common factors in recovery, improve self-esteem, and most importantly support from others! The new group 12-week cycle begins Thursday October 9th, 2025, via zoom and currently accepting new members.
