I have had the honor of working within the Marriage and Family Therapy field for the past 20 years. I primarily work with couples, adults, teens and their families. I have experience in helping families and individuals with a variety of concerns, including relationship struggles, strengthening connection, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and parenting skills to help with discipline techniques and attachment.
I have a passion for working with people, creating a space for them to reflect, reset, grow and learn. I work to provide clients with the opportunity to build skills, explore patterns, problem solve tough issues and strengthen communication skills to ultimately reach goals they set for themselves.
I believe that every person possesses the strength and skill to lead a successful journey through life. I view counseling as an avenue to help a person re-connect and acquaint themselves with their strengths and to help empower them to work through the concerns they come to counseling with.
