Greetings! I am Jenelle Campos, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional. I have practiced as a clinician in the mental health field for twenty-three years, including school counseling services. I specialize in support to individuals and families affected by first responder issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and burnout. My therapeutic interventions are specifically tailored to each client’s needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, and other modalities into my counseling style.
I provide telehealth therapy to include evenings and select weekends. Plus, in person visits may be scheduled one time a month. I serve a vast diverse population of individuals, communities, and provide LGBTQ+ support. I possess the ability to speak Spanish and provide bilingual services.
I am passionate about supporting others in improving their mental health, healing, and embracing spiritual, physical, & emotional wellness. Also, I can guide you in developing work-life balance, cultivate positive-healthy mindsets, and tap into your own light.
