About
I received my Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Regis University in 2014. I also received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. While attending Regis I was the Co-President for the Minority Student Alliance. I began this alliance to help minority graduate students find resources and the support to help achieve their goals. I have found that advocating for others comes natural for me.
Although I’m trained in many treatment modalities, I am currently focused on utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) along with other treatment approaches. I believe that one size does not fit all and will work along side you to reach your goals. Therefore, it’s important to meet you where you are and figure out together your goals.
I know taking the step to seek counseling can be difficult. With me you can expect to have a genuine and empathetic person to explore the areas of growth that we identify. This collaboration will strive to help you with living a more fulfilled life.
