I cater to women struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions and more. Additionally, I adore working with couples who need assistance with premarital counseling. I am culturally competent and understand the journey through assimilation. I am a certified prepare-enrich facilitator for couples therapy. I utilize DBT and client centered approaches to help you re-create an encouraging way to uplift yourself using your untouched strengths.
I sincerely believe we all should have a gentle jolt to increase positive self-talk that inspires a self-love which promotes growth in our relationships and with ourselves. I believe in patience and allowing the client to identify epiphanies on their own terms. I accept all walks of life and enjoy the process of self-exploration.
