My approach is rooted in meeting you right where you are—with warmth, and a nonjudgmental lens. I draw from both professional training and lived experience to create a space where you can safely explore your story, reconnect with your body, and begin to feel empowered. I use trauma-informed methods like EMDR, mindfulness, somatic and parts work.
It’s okay to feel unsure, tired, or even a little lost. In our work we can practice new ways of being, roll play difficult conversations, unpack, and begin again. I welcome you to reach out. You deserve support that feels real and human.
