I am intensively trained in DBT through the Marsha Linehan Behavioral Tech institute, and along with individual therapy, teach on-going DBT classes focused on Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. I also have advanced training in ACT for anxiety, depression and trauma.
