I will collaborate with you on what you want your life to look like and the path forward. I use a combination of talk therapy and somatic work to view emotions and your relationship to them differently. We will notice what is and isn’t working and adjust accordingly. Current clients report that I provide a sense of calm, comfort and occasional welcomed humor
It will be a journey of learning together. I bring expertise of mental health and wellness and you bring expertise on your life.
