You have a desire to feel secure within yourself so you may engage with others and the world authentically. Perhaps it feels like there is a wall between you and what you want.
I will collaborate with you on what you want your life to look like and the path forward. I use a combination of talk therapy and somatic work to view emotions and your relationship to them differently. We will notice what is and isn’t working and adjust accordingly. Current clients report that I provide a sense of calm, comfort and occasional welcomed humor
