Hi, Im Jenae! I welcome individuals with all backgrounds and experiences that may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the clients I support are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, family challenges, and navigating new life transitions. My goal is to meet each person where they are and create a safe space to be supported and understood without judgment. Whether someone is seeking support for themselves, their child, or their family, I work collaboratively with clients to help them feel more confident and empowered in their daily lives.
I feel that therapy should be personalized to a clients unique experiences and goals. I use evidence based approaches to tailor therapy to the individual, rather than one size fits all approach. My approach focuses on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
