Much of my work involves those healing from integrity abuse, betrayal trauma, and compulsive/entitled sexual behaviors. I am also experienced in working with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and other traumas. Therapy frequently includes EMDR, DST, DBT, EFT, and Parts and Memory work. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.

Groups
Women's Betrayal Trauma Recovery Group
Our group is open to women experiencing trauma from sexual betrayal. In this weekly support group we walk through negative self beliefs, reexperiencing memories, avoidance, shifts in mood and symptoms from increased arousal. This is an open group: we allow women to join each week. Our clients can expect to walk through boundaries, emotion regulation skills, and shame resilience. Our biggest hope is for our women to feel supported, understood and safe. We know this is an incredibly painful road. You are not alone.
