My work integrates evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support healing, self-discovery, and growth.
As someone who has personally experienced the complexities of postpartum, I bring deep empathy and understanding to my work. I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, and feel empowered throughout their motherhood journey.
