Utilizing humor, reflective listening, and gentle challenging, I'll guide you through the roadblocks that are keeping you from your full potential. I am highly optimistic, with a positive outlook on life, and I look forward to growing with you and watching you become your best person.
I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, spirituality, crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation, and addiction but there is really no issue I'm fearful to discuss. In my 23-year career in crisis intervention I have been honored to be in the midst of other's darkest times, and I have witnessed the strength and resilience we all have.
We are facing unprecedented times and we all need support. Despite the fear of "therapy," I believe that a healthy relationship between us fosters a space for true vulnerability and growth.
