I believe everything happens for a reason and we all have a purpose. That being said, it's sometimes hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Often times, we are stuck in old habits of thinking, feeling and communicating. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you through the change process while providing a non-judgmental, safe space for clients to explore their feelings, hopes and fears. Keeping therapy both interactive and collaborative we embark together on this journey. My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending evidence-based treatments with client-centered and strength-based interventions.
Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist in training and a trained EMDR therapist, I help clients process traumatic experiences that often underlie eating disorders. With the goal of helping my clients get back to their authentic selves. This multifaceted approach acknowledges the complexity of each individual’s journey.
