In marital, parental and other relationships, conflicts are inevitable. Most common are couples', parents and adult children's unresolved entangled issues. It can bring out the worst of you. I am willing to help with my own experience and professional trainings. Time itself is not enough to heal, with help you can shorten the struggles, find the peace and move on with a better version of yourself.
Avoidance of issues will only delay the resolution. Eventually it will surface to harm you. I treat anger, anxiety, phobia, insomnia, depression, and conflicts in dating, marital, parent-child, parent-adult children relationship. I also conduct on line counseling through Zoom, Face Time or phone for California residents.
Trained in school, in life and also accumulating counseling experiences as a licensed marriage and family therapist, It will be my pleasure to give all I have to offer to see my clients outgrow their emotional relational hurdles and become a better version of themselves. All proceeds from the counseling service will be donated to charity.
