Many of us have tried changing our thoughts and behaviors over and over, but we keep getting stuck. If you’re reading this, you should be proud of taking the challenging step of seeking help in the process of getting "unstuck." You already bring into the therapy room years of experience, resilience, and knowledge of yourself. I value creating a safe space where we can discuss what you want therapy to look like, identify what goals you hope to achieve, and develop a plan to help you reach them.
I specialize in working with adults and teens (12+) on concerns including complex trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, grief, and life stressors. I use EMDR, brainspotting, parts work (IFS), somatic/polyvagal work, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
It would truly be an honor to get to hear your story and walk alongside you on your healing journey. I strive to create a comfortable space where all parts of you feel welcome and accepted. If you are ready, I would be excited to hear from you. I am on maternity leave until April 2026. I hope to be able to take new clients again after maternity leave ends!

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process trauma and get "unstuck" from negative beliefs. I enjoy helping clients understand their nervous system through somatic work and polyvagal theory. I also integrate brainspotting, parts work (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and attachment-informed approaches.
