Jen tends to work with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual concerns, spirituality, and life changes.
She has a special interest in non-directive play therapy with kiddos experiencing anxiety and trauma. In addition, Jen enjoys supporting folks struggling with mood changes related to their menstrual cycle. She loves collaborating with people from all cultural backgrounds and is curious to understand and empower your experience.
Jen welcomes all relationship structures and proudly supports LGBTQIA2S+ folks. She works from a systemic lens, using family systems, attachment theory, and more. Jen is pursuing her MA in Marriage & Family therapy and under the supervision of Samantha Colai. Outside work, she loves eating good food, reading, solving puzzles, and jumping in cold lakes.
