About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience providing evidence-based treatments (CBT, DBT, ACT, and ERP) for a wide range of mental health issues. I'm licensed to provide care in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Through my generalist training, I developed particular interest in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and reproductive struggles, which led to additional, specialized training in these areas. I am incredibly passionate about my work and am dedicated to providing quality care that equips people with skills for long-lasting change.
As an expert in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for treating OCD, I have trained, researched, and published alongside renowned experts in the field. While I am experienced in treating all sub-types of OCD, I sub-specialize in treating violent and sexual obsessions. I also have formal certification in trauma therapy from my work with Veterans at the VA.
