I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to grow. Whether you're processing painful experiences, navigating loss, or exploring relationship patterns, I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll work to understand your story, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you.

I have experience working with trauma, grief, and attachment. I’ve been trained in cognitive processing and cognitive behavioral therapy, and I also integrate IFS, client-centered and Gestalt approaches. No matter the method, my focus is always on building a collaborative relationship and helping you reconnect with your own strength, values, and voice.
