I have over twenty years of experience specializing in the mental health treatment of adults and adolescents. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, life transitions, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, divorce and self-esteem issues. I have worked in numerous settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, schools and rehab programs.
My goals are to help clients achieve balance to live a more complete, fulfilled life. I help clients develop the skills to cope more effectively with life's stressors.
I am trained and practice in Neurofeedback which is a type of biofeedback. This technique is among the best and most efficient non-medication treatments for emotional-regulation (reducing anxiety or depression), trauma, attention and focus, and sleep-maintenance. Neurofeedback is completely safe and can be used on children as well as adults.
