My background is concentrated in medicine and mental health, with particular attention to the mind-body connection, and the impact of medical conditions on interpersonal functioning. Additionally, I support LGBTQIA+, gender and sexuality exploration. I will carefully tailor my approach as we lighten your burdens, creating a life worth living.
I work with young adults (college/grad students) and adults with an array of issues including: anxiety, grief, depression, parenting struggles, fertility challenges, life transitions and LGBTQIA+ identity. I look forward to hearing from you and starting our work together.
