Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! It’s such an honor to walk with my clients through various seasons of life, and to hold space for the unique challenges and joys each person carries. I strive to offer an authentic, warm connection with each of my clients, and to provide a space where you feel welcomed, safe, and genuinely heard. As a therapist I take a holistic approach, knowing that there are many parts and layers that make up who you are as a person; perhaps many narratives, and versions of yourself and who you hope to be. I want to support you in becoming more fully and freely yourself! I enjoy offering creative approaches, such as the use of art, if it’s of interest to you.
