I've been in the counseling field since 2008 and work with many different needs including complex trauma, attachment, relationship difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and maternal mental health needs. I hold certification in Perinatal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International and additional certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
