I am part therapist, holding space for life's ambiguities, and part coach, cheering you on. My passion lies in supporting and empowering people to bravely move through the complex transitions that come up in their lives - divorce, infidelity, codependency, and pandemic stress; Today, life has so many unknowns and frightening stressors. We're trying to figure out how to hold onto ourselves, what we know, and the things that we hold dear. Let me help you build up your reserve of relational resources and skills.
We're in this together. There are 3 extrinsic things that make humans happy - relationships, personal growth, and helping people. We need each other, now, more than ever. We need to connect and talk and validate our feelings about the unknown. We need to piece together our "new normal" realities, at least for the foreseeable future.
I believe that challenging events can be a catalyst for connection and growth. Therapy is a safe haven to sift through confusion and to process difficult feelings. I provide a safe space for you to get support as we as learn research-based tools to calm fear, so that you can come back home to yourself.
