Hi, I’m so glad you found your way here. I support individuals and couples who are doing their best while living with the complexities of relationships, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, perimenopause and menopause, cancer, chronic illness, and experiences that have been carried alone for too long. As an AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) therapist, I create space to slow down, listen, and tend to what is happening beneath the surface.
Together, we turn toward what you are feeling, creating enough safety for emotions, protective patterns, and younger parts of yourself to be understood and deeply cared for. My hope is to help you reconnect with your body, relationships, and inner wisdom and, when desired, explore ancestral ways of healing that can support a deeper sense of aliveness.

Red Roots
Red Roots is an intimate expressive arts circle for women exploring the tender, complicated, creative territory of midlife. There is a particular kind of becoming that happens in midlife that is rarely met with support. The body changes. Relationships shift. Children grow and leave. Parents age. Desire shift. Old identities loosen. Some things are grieved. Some things are finally named. And beneath it all, something deeper may be taking root. Together, we will use writing, collage, imagery, movement, themes from nature, ritual, poetry, and simple art-making to explore what it means to inhabit this season of womanhood as a threshold to honor.
