Struggling with self-criticism, a life out-of-balance, or the past taking up too much of your present can feel lonely. Often the coping strategies that helped us survive can develop into problems themselves and figuring out the best way forward can feel overwhelming. I am honored to work alongside individuals as they discover their inner strengths and develop new, effective strategies to experience and navigate life. I work to foster self-compassion and self-worth in my practice. I really enjoy working with other therapists.
I am LGBTQ+ and incorporate Intersectional Feminism into my work. I am fully EMDR Certified, a modality that can resolve past traumatic experiences and negative beliefs of self and the world following difficult experiences. I offer supervision for LCSWA's, LCASA's, and EMDR Consultation for EMDRIA trained therapists.
It can be daunting to take the first step and ask for help. I encourage you to reach out, whether it's to me or any of the highly skilled therapists in our area. You deserve wellness, and you deserve to understand your own worth. Email is the best way to get into contact with me.
