About
I help my clients find their way to more authentic and fulfilling lives. Whether it's through improving personal relationships, increasing individual self-awareness, or building upon pre-exisiting resiliency, I assist my clients in finding positive and pragmatic solutions to the relational and sexual difficulties in their lives. I tend to approach my interventions in a collaborative and humanistic way. Empathic support, unconditional acceptance and gentle challenging guide my therapeutic process. I offer support to individuals and couples and aim to enhance each client's insight, resiliency and hope.
I offer clients a safe space to explore obstacles that may be keeping them from their overarching life goals. I believe that by increasing understanding of one's self and improving communication skills, clients can find their way to more positive interactions and more satisfying relationships overall.
The focus of my practice is sex therapy and relationships (monogamous and non-monogamous). I like to build upon my clients' pre-exisiting strengths to further promote hope and self-efficacy. My goal is to offer a therapeutic space that promotes a collaborative relationship built on trust, intimacy and empathy.
