Everyone has a story. As a therapist, I believe the key to helping people is to learn their stories. I strive to create a welcoming and safe space where my clients can make sense of the stories of their lives in a way that leads to more self-connection and satisfying relationships with others. My background includes a 20-year career in healthcare before making the switch to social work. This enables me to hold unique perspectives with how the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of each person are interconnected.
I work with adults starting at age 18 who are looking for help navigating challenges in their lives such as depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic medical conditions, addiction, life transitions, grief, suicidal thoughts, anger management, LGBTQIA+ issues and more. I aim to create a compassionate environment that is free of judgement.
I draw on a range of approaches, such as CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other therapies, all tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to help you create a story that brings fulfillment and contentment. It’s a true honor to be part of your journey.
