I use psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives to provide individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. I often incorporate sensorimotor concepts into the process, and sometimes use EMDR and hypnosis as adjunctive therapies.
I am experienced in working with survivors of complex interpersonal trauma (emotional, physical, sexual, religious, and combat/military operations-related) and understand that traumatic experiences affect each individual uniquely. Healing and growth are never easy, but they are worth the effort.
