As a sex therapist, I specialize in sexual health, including the perimenopause transition (and other life transitions), desire discrepancies, sexual functioning, out-of-control sexual behavior, infidelity, and LGBTQ+ and non-traditional relationships. I also specialize in OCD. And I love helping people explore themes of purpose, evolving, and spirituality.
