My ideal client is someone who has been battling anxiety for a long time. Maybe they've tried different strategies, maybe they've tried therapy before, but nothing seems to work. Their anxiety is overwhelming because it seems to be making all the rules in their lives preventing them from enjoying the day to day.
I am looking to work with clients who need structure and support but are also willing to put in the work using evidence based strategies so they can enjoy their lives again after struggling to manage their anxiety.
My approach is client-centered and my focus is on meeting your needs and helping you find the right path. I specialize in treating children and teenagers (with over 15 years experience in education!) and I am fully trained in ERP therapy which is an evidence based treatment for various anxiety disorders.
