About
Life is complicated enough without unhelpful thoughts and experiences from the past making things more difficult than they need to be. I help people process those experiences, sort out their values and priorities, build their capacity to be compassionate with themselves, create healthy boundaries for improved relationships, and learn how to regulate their emotions so that anxiety, perfectionism, and procrastination have less influence on their lives. If you are struggling with mood issues, anxiety, life transitions, or interpersonal relationships, I would like to talk about how we could work together.
I enjoy helping clients make sense of their experiences, and accept or transform their relationships with others and themselves. I do this using techniques from ACT, Mind-Body Bridging, Mindful Self-Compassion, CBT, and Lifespan Integration. I'm trained in EMDR.
If teletherapy is a good fit for you due to preference or life circumstances, and you'd like to talk about working together, please contact me.
