I'm an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) licensed in Utah, and a psychologist in the UK with full membership with the British Psychological Society (FMBPsS). I work with clients based in Utah on telehealth. As an integrative therapist, I take a holistic, whole person approach, tailoring treatment to meet your individual needs. Together, we will work to get you unstuck and living your most authentic best life.
My areas of speciality include complex trauma, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, OCD, mood disorders, and disordered eating. With that said, if you are seeking therapy for something more “life based”, such as relational stress, work stress, or general wellbeing, I would still love to work with you.
I find that therapy is most effective when there is strong rapport and trust between client and therapist, regardless of what the client is seeking therapy for. I warmly welcome clients who are seeking an individualized approach and a therapist that will work in collaboration with them through authenticity, compassion, and unwavering support.
